FAQ
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Yes absolutely, especially if you are traveling to Ireland or if it's for a longer shoot I love to meet my couples beforehand to get to know each other and plan!
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?
Usually yes, most locations I recommend to you I already have been to either as assistant to colleagues or for my own sessions. In the rare case that I have not been there, I will thoroughly research beforehand.
Do you travel for weddings or destination sessions?
Yes! I love to travel and would love to work with you wherever your story takes me.
"I am not fond of hAving photos taken"
I get it, it can be uncomfortable to be in front of the camera, it can be a vulnerable act. I've been there myself. But that's exactly what I'm here for, I will always do my very best to make you feel comfortable and make you feel like you. It's all about capturing you, your love and your beauty. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Editing Style - By booking you agree to the photographer's editing style. Your booking is reserved once the deposit is received.
- Portfolio Use - you allow the photographer to use images from your session for the photographers portfolio, website, social media (please disclose concerns or confirm with the photographer before the session).
- Copyright - All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Jacky Galm. You receive a license to print and share the images for personal use only. Altering, selling, or using the images commercially are prohibited.
- AI usage - You agree to not alter, modify, edit, or otherwise change the content received in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, color correction, filtering, retouching, and any use of artificial intelligence tools or technologies to modify, manipulate, enhance, regenerate, or create derivative works from the content. The content may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- RAW Files - RAW files will not be provided. Only the edited images chosen by the photographer will be delivered.
- Gallery Storage - Your online gallery will be available for 3 months. Please download and back up your images during this time. After 2 months the gallery will be removed. You will receive the gallery with a download PIN to share with family.
- Payment - Full payment is due on the day of the shoot. Images will not be delivered until payment is received.
- Cancellations - Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48hrs in advance.
- Final Delivery - Final edited images will be delivered within 3-6 weeks after the shoot. Delivery times may vary.
- Acceptance - By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
